Professional Year Program is introduced by the Department of Home Affairs (DOHA) for international students who graduated from an Australian institute. The government of Australia approved this program as an incentive for foreign students to obtain hands-on experience in the Australian market. The fundamental goal of the professional program was to build up skills and knowledge among foreign students. This course grants an additional 5 points to qualifying individuals who desire to apply for permanent residency in Australia.
